I bought my first home in Canada through Tanner. The way he explained and supported us during the process made the transaction seamless. He is very detail oriented and acutely aware of requirements of the seller and buyer. Furthermore, he was able to connect us with an excellent mortgage broker and the lawyer. In addition to these recommendations, he also connected us with a competent home.inspector and cleaning crew prior to the move-in. I would highly recommend him to anyone, given his dedication to his profession.

Tanner was a big help, he took the time to understand my needs and timeline. He was a great rep during the negotiation stage and it really felt like he was in my corner. Would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell in the future!

I had a great experience working with Tanner. Since I was living in another province, he went above and beyond by organizing repairs and coordinating the cleaning of my property on my behalf. His communication, reliability, and attention to detail made the entire process much less stressful. I really appreciated his professionalism and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated real estate agent.
